Kirkwood’s Assisted Living community meets your needs, knowing there’s none more basic than your need for independence.  A special combination of apartment living, personalized supportive services and health care, our assisted living program is designed to assist residents with the activities of daily living.

Residents bring their own furniture, keepsakes and sense of style to their private apartments. Our 24 Riverview units offer several floor plans to choose from, each with a private balcony overlooking stunning views. A convenient, inviting dining room is located on every hall near a pleasant sitting room that invites conversations and informal gatherings. A full calendar of activities has something for every taste, and the natural surroundings have much to offer those with a taste for quiet reflection. Assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, medications, transportation to doctor’s appointments and shopping is provided. Residents and their families have the sense of security that comes with a 24 hour on call staff, but it’s the sense of warmth and caring that gives families peace of mind, and residents the confidence to live each day to the full.
