Kirkwood’s Independent Living community puts the emphasis on living.  Independent living is for adults who want to enjoy the benefits of living in an active and safe environment without the hassles of home ownership.

One, two and three bedroom apartments offer incredible views from your balcony or patio, cozy all electric kitchens, large rooms and ample closet space. Housekeeping services and dinners in our elegant dining room, make your home a place to enjoy, not maintain. But we know you’re not looking for a new place to live. You’re looking for a new way to live. Our community offers fresh experiences of field trips and concerts, new friends to meet in our dining room and exercise classes, chapel services and a new level of luxury with a heated Olympic size pool, manicured surroundings and white tablecloth dining.  Admission is available through our Entrance Fee Program or Monthly Rental Program.  Both of these programs offer a variety of packages to fit your needs.  Take a tour, and consider taking the joy of retirement to a new level.
